Versions of the Basic Oatmeal
The basic oatmeal can be eaten in different ways, because you can change the toppings or add in more dry ingredients. The basic recipe can be upgraded by adding sunflower or pumpkin seeds to the dry ingredients. You can also add in some matcha, beetroot or açaí powder to create a fun color to your oatmeal. You can change up the toppings with these versions:
- Banana, chocolate, biscoff; This is the version I made in this recipe.
- Chocolate with fruits; You can add in any fruits you like with some chocolate rocks or even chocolate spread.
- Nut butter and warm fruits; A favorite for the colder days is warm red fruits with a spoon of delicious almond butter. It will warm your soul and body.
- Jam; This is the easiest way to improve your basic oats. Just add in a big spoon of your favorite fruit jam to create a tasty breakfast.
You can combine any of the ingredients you like and create your unique oatmeal. Now it is time for breakfast.
