Ingredients
  • 150 grams Uncooked Noodles (use your favorite kind)
  • 500 grams Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
  • 100 grams Salted Peanuts (optional serving tip)
  • 3 tablespoons Peanut Butter (100% smooth or cruncy nutbutter)
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 8 tablespoons Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Flakes (powder or fresh works as well)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Chili Flakes (optional)
How to make
  1. Cut and Cook Broccoli

    Start by cutting the broccoli into big chunks and cook them untill tender.

  2. Sauce

    In the meantime, create the peanut sauce for the noodles. Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, water, garlic and chili to a small bowl and whisk with a spoon until a creamy consistency. This could take some time, but it will eventually become a smooth consistency.

  3. Noodles

    Drain the broccoli and put them aside for now. Cook the noodles according to the package in the same pan. After that, add the broccoli and the sauce together in the same pan as the noodles. Stir it until fully combined.
