This Lentil Side Dish is quickly made and still very tasty. It is so easy to make this while on the road. We love to add this Quick Lentil Side Dish to our lunch during the day. You then have to find Balsamic Vinegar, which is not that expensive and will last you a long time. And Garlic powder or Garlic flakes, you can also add in fresh garlic if you desire. This recipe will probably cost you less than 2 euros. When you have the basics at home, it is even easier. We always have some jars of lentils on hand to create this.

Quick Lentil Side Dish, Ready in under 5 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 jar Lentils 400gr
- 4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 tbsp Garlic flakes you could also use powder
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the lentil with a strainer. Add the lentils to a bowl afterwards.
- Add the Balsamic Vinegar, Olive oil and garlic to the bowl with lentils. Mix all ingredients and the lentils are done. I prefer to let it rest for 15-30min, then the flavors will come out better. Enjoy.
