Eggs have high protein values, but so does tofu. This is a basic recipe, but it can be spiced up like you want it. You can add in some garlic and chili flakes to create a spicy salad. Or try to add vegan cheese spice or vegan bacon spice to create a more cheesy bacon salad. It is also very tasty to add in some herbs like chives, basil, or parsley.

Press the liquid out of the tofu block. You can use your hands or a tofu press. Mash the tofu with a fork until there are only small pieces left.
Add in the mayonnaise and mustard. Toss in all the other spices and mix it well.
