Vous pouvez choisir le sentier que vous souhaitez emprunter pour monter et redescendre. Nous avons emprunt\u00e9 le sentier Grottstigen jusqu&#039;au sommet et sommes redescendus par le sentier \u00d6dra Bergsstigen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hogakusten.com\/sv\/media\/557\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ceci est un aper\u00e7u<\/a> de toutes les randonn\u00e9es de la r\u00e9serve, je vais toutes les aborder bri\u00e8vement : <\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sodra-bergsstigen\">S\u00f6dra Bergsstigen<\/h3>\n\n\n<p> C&#039;est la randonn\u00e9e la plus populaire de la r\u00e9gion. Le sentier est moins raide et plus accessible gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un bon chemin. La randonn\u00e9e fait 2,5 km jusqu&#039;au sommet. Pensez \u00e0 apporter un chapeau par temps ensoleill\u00e9, car la protection solaire est moins importante. <\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"ostra-bergsstigen\">\u00d6stra Bergsstigen <\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, le sentier est traverse la for\u00eat. Enjambant les racines des arbres, ce magnifique sentier vous m\u00e8nera au sommet en 2,5 km. Associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la randonn\u00e9e S\u00f6dra, il vous offrira une journ\u00e9e id\u00e9ale pour explorer la r\u00e9gion de Skuleberget. <\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"grottstigen\">Grottstigen<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>L&#039;option la plus difficile est la randonn\u00e9e jusqu&#039;\u00e0 la grotte. Cette randonn\u00e9e vous m\u00e8nera au sommet de la montagne en seulement 1 km. Le sentier sera donc tr\u00e8s raide tout au long de la randonn\u00e9e. Au d\u00e9but, vous devrez escalader des rochers pour atteindre la grotte. La grotte est un petit d\u00e9tour qui vaut le d\u00e9tour. C&#039;est un petit trou dans la montagne, mais le panneau d&#039;information vous expliquera son histoire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la grotte, le sentier alterne entre escaliers et rochers. Les escaliers peuvent \u00eatre difficiles et il faut \u00eatre prudent, mais c&#039;est un excellent moyen d&#039;atteindre le sommet. Il est fortement d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 d&#039;emprunter ce sentier pour la descente\u00a0; des panneaux indiquent qu&#039;il est dangereux de descendre par l\u00e0. De plus, au d\u00e9but de la randonn\u00e9e, il est indiqu\u00e9 que l&#039;escalier est d\u00e9conseill\u00e9 aux chiens. Si vous souhaitez emprunter cet itin\u00e9raire, prenez-le pour atteindre le sommet. Il est adapt\u00e9 aux enfants, mais soyez vigilant, car les marches peuvent \u00eatre difficiles pour eux.<\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kalottstigen\">Kalottstigen<\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Il s&#039;agit d&#039;un petit sentier au sommet du Skuleberget, d&#039;o\u00f9 vous pourrez admirer les belles vues de la r\u00e9gion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images
