Soyez donc prudent si vous conduisez dans l&#039;autre sens avec un camping-car sur\u00e9lev\u00e9. De nombreux points de vue vous permettront de prendre de belles photos. des randonn\u00e9es que nous avons faites dans cette r\u00e9gion \u00e9tait celle du Rocher du Capluc. C&#039;\u00e9tait aussi l&#039;une des plus belles randonn\u00e9es de France. Il nous a fallu plus de quatre heures pour la parcourir, avec de longs arr\u00eats pour profiter du panorama. D\u00e9couvrez ce que vous devez emporter et un petit aper\u00e7u de la randonn\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"what-to-bring-on-the-hike\">Que faut-il apporter lors de la randonn\u00e9e <\/h3>\n\n\n<p>Il y a quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments utiles et n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 emporter lors de cette randonn\u00e9e : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Chaussures de randonn\u00e9e ; je vous encourage fortement \u00e0 porter de bonnes chaussures de randonn\u00e9e, car le chemin peut \u00eatre accident\u00e9 \u00e0 certains endroits et c&#039;est un long sentier. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eau\u00a0; Apportez plus d&#039;eau que vous ne le pensez. Pr\u00e9voyez absolument 1\u00a0L d&#039;eau par personne, surtout par temps chaud. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lampe frontale ; Apportez une lampe frontale si vous souhaitez voir la grotte un peu plus en profondeur, mais il n&#039;est pas possible d&#039;aller tr\u00e8s loin. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Objectif zoom\u00a0; Envie de prendre une belle photo des vautours\u00a0? N&#039;oubliez pas d&#039;emporter un objectif zoom pour votre appareil photo. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nourriture\u00a0; Pensez \u00e0 grignoter pendant cette randonn\u00e9e ou \u00e0 d\u00e9jeuner. Attention, les vautours sont partout. Pr\u00e9voyez donc de la nourriture v\u00e9g\u00e9talienne plut\u00f4t que de les attirer avec de la viande. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Itin\u00e9raire\u00a0; Emportez le trac\u00e9 du sentier avec vous. T\u00e9l\u00e9chargez-le hors ligne ou faites des captures d&#039;\u00e9cran. Soyez vigilant au moment de la descente, sinon vous risquez de marcher encore plus longtemps.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maillot de bain pour une journ\u00e9e chaude\u00a0; Envie de piquer une t\u00eate \u00e0 la fin\u00a0? Vous longerez la rivi\u00e8re au bout du sentier, offrant de nombreuses occasions de vous baigner. emprunter le sentier menant au point de vue ou poursuivre la randonn\u00e9e. Le sentier jusqu&#039;au sommet vaut vraiment le d\u00e9tour pour une vue imprenable. Il vous faudra d&#039;abord surmonter votre peur du vide en gravissant quatre \u00e9chelles fix\u00e9es aux rochers. Mais une fois arriv\u00e9 l\u00e0-haut, le jeu en vaut la chandelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la descente, vous reviendrez sur le sentier et poursuivrez votre randonn\u00e9e. En suivant le sentier, vous p\u00e9n\u00e9trerez bient\u00f4t dans une magnifique for\u00eat. \u00c9coutez les oiseaux et les vautours crier. Vous aurez une vue imprenable sur les formations rocheuses et un vieux petit village de l&#039;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la gorge. \u00c0 certains endroits de la randonn\u00e9e, vous pourrez apercevoir des cordes suspendues aux falaises. Il est possible d&#039;escalader le rocher \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents endroits avec un \u00e9quipement et un encadrement appropri\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui vous \u00e9merveillera encore plus, c&#039;est une magnifique grotte qu&#039;il vous faudra traverser. Ce n&#039;est pas une grande grotte, donc inutile d&#039;emporter vos lampes de poche. Apr\u00e8s l&#039;avoir travers\u00e9e, la randonn\u00e9e continue \u00e0 travers la for\u00eat et, apr\u00e8s une descente, longe la rivi\u00e8re dans la gorge.
