Om te beginnen met dit geweldige volledig vegan restaurant in Den Bosch. Zoals de naam al aangeeft, heeft het restaurant shifts. De menukaart wisselt met de tijd van de dag en ook het interieur. De ochtenddienst begint om 8.30 uur en eindigt om 11.29 uur, de middagdienst begint om 11.30 uur en eindigt om 14.29 uur en als laatste begint de dinerdienst om 14.30 uur en eindigt om 23.00 uur. De menu's voor de verschillende shifts vind je op hun website. Voor de lunch vind je bijvoorbeeld lekkere vegan panini en flatbread. Dit vegan restaurant is gevestigd tussen het stadscentrum en het treinstation van Den Bosch.
Buffet at Leefgoed
Another option is Restaurant Leefgoed, which has a lovely outdoor area where you can enjoy the amazing food. There is a buffet available with vegan options. In this way, you can enjoy smaller portions of different dishes. The restaurant is not located in the city center of Den Bosch, but just outside Den Bosch.

As Brabant is known for its Worstenbroodjes, obviously we want to find a vegan version of it. At Keilekker in Den Bosch, they surprisingly have vegan worstenbroodjes. It is located near the train station of Den Bosch. Make sure to be on time, they are open from 8:00 till 15:00 and closed on Sunday.
Yalla Falafel perfect take-away
Yalla Falafel is a perfect place to quickly get your pita/wrap with falafel. You are also able to sit down and enjoy your food at the place. They do serve non-vegan items, but it is indicated which are vegan. The location between the station and the city center is perfect.
Lunch at Cigköftem Den Bosch
Want something different? Then Cigköftem is the place you were looking for. This Turkish specialty is made with bulgur, tomato, herbs and spices. You can find Cigköftem in a wrap, burger of durum, but you will also find vegan falafel. Going for a take-out for more people? Then the big box is perfect, take some salad and wraps with it, and you have a delicious lunch.
Cream Coffee and Pastry in the city center
As the name indicates, you can have some great coffee and pastries at this place. It is not completely vegan, but there are vegan options on the menu.
