Je hebt twee keer zoveel vloeistof nodig in vergelijking met de chia zaden om een goede consistentie voor de pudding te cre\u00ebren. Hoe lang moet je chia zaad laten weken? Je hoeft de chia zaden maar 15 minuten te weken en je ziet al een puddingachtige consistentie. Geen zin in voorbereidingen in de ochtend? Maak je chia pudding de avond ervoor en laat het een nachtje trekken.
