De beste plek om de zonsopgang te bekijken is vlak voor de Rifugio Auronzo. De zon komt op in de vallei en geeft prachtige kleuren op de bergtoppen. Als je een wandeling wilt maken, dan is het uitkijkpunt Cadinini di Misurina een perfecte zonsopganglocatie. Tijdens de zonsopgang lichten de bergtoppen op.
