Coleslaw Vegan And Simple Side-dish For On The Road
Ingredients
- 250 g White Cabbage
- 125 g Carrots
- 1 Apple
- 2 tbsp Vegan Mayonaisse
- 1/2 tbsp Sriracha Mayonaisse optional
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- Slice the carrots and cabbage thinly. Cut the apple in small blocks, you can decide to peel the apple or not.
- Add the cabbage, carrots and apple to a large bowl. Add in the vegan mayonnaise, sriracha mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Combine it well by tossing it with two spoons. Your Coleslaw is ready to eat!
