Coleslaw Vegan And Simple Side-dish For On The Road

This Coleslaw is delicious and vegan. It is easy to create and amazing to bulk prep when traveling. This healthy side dish is perfect.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 g White Cabbage
  • 125 g Carrots
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tbsp Vegan Mayonaisse
  • 1/2 tbsp Sriracha Mayonaisse optional
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Slice the carrots and cabbage thinly. Cut the apple in small blocks, you can decide to peel the apple or not.
  • Add the cabbage, carrots and apple to a large bowl. Add in the vegan mayonnaise, sriracha mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Combine it well by tossing it with two spoons. Your Coleslaw is ready to eat!
