Easy Vegan Waffles recipe
This Vegan Waffles recipe is incredibly easy to make for breakfast. Mix all ingredients together and bake it in a waffle iron. You can find waffle irons for low prices, but you can also find a multiple in one iron. We have a 3 in 1 iron for a low price, and it is working great in our camper. You can switch the plates to create a grill, sandwich maker or waffles iron. It uses a maximum of 800watt to heat up and afterwards it does not use power until it needs to heat up again.

Make it an even more Special Vegan Breakfast
These vegan waffles will already blow everyone’s mind, but you can make them even more special by adding an amazing topping. Here are some of my favorite waffle toppings:
- Homemade jam; You can use store bought jam, but it always tastes more special if you create your own homemade jam. You can easily create it with frozen fruit, sugar and adding some chia-seeds to make it thicker.
- Whipped cream and fruit; Another great option is to use vegan whipped cream and top it with some fresh fruit, berries are perfect to add.
- Banana, maple syrup and pecans; This is one of my favorite combinations to make it more special. Add some sliced bananas, drizzle maple syrup on top and sprinkle some pecans to finish it.
- Easy and quick; Vegan waffles are already special on its own, so you can also decide to just drizzle some maple syrup on top, put some jam on it or sprinkle some sugar on top. They will be delicious!

Vegan Waffles, How to make a Special Vegan Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup Flour
- 8 g Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Soy Milk
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
- Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a bowl.
- Add the lemon juice, olive oil and soy milk to the dry ingredients. Mix them together, this could be done with a spoon or whisk. Make sure that the dough is thick, but still fluid. If it is too thin, add in a little bit more flour.
- Pre-heat the waffle iron. If it is hot, brush the waffle iron with oil to make it non-stick. Add the dough until it is full, close it and let it bake for approximately 5 minutes. The time could variate with the kind of iron you have. Drizzle maple syrup or another favorite topping on your waffle and enjoy!
