Vegan Waffles, How to make a Special Vegan Breakfast
This Vegan waffles recipe is easy to make for a special occasion or just to make a normal day more special. This recipe makes 4 waffles, which is good for two persons.

- 1 cup Flour
- 8 g Vanilla Sugar 1 sachet
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 cup Soy Milk
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
Add the flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar into a bowl.
Add the lemon juice, olive oil and soy milk to the dry ingredients. Mix them together, this could be done with a spoon or whisk. Make sure that the dough is thick, but still fluid. If it is too thin, add in a little bit more flour.
Pre-heat the waffle iron. If it is hot, brush the waffle iron with oil to make it non-stick. Add the dough until it is full, close it and let it bake for approximately 5 minutes. The time could variate with the kind of iron you have. Drizzle maple syrup or another favorite topping on your waffle and enjoy!
