Broccoli stir-fry Noodles, Ultimate recipe for a tasty dinner

This Broccoli stir-fry noodles recipe is perfect to create while traveling. You can create it in one pot, and it is quick, easy and yummy!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Portion of the Sticky Tempeh recipe on the blog
  • 200 g Noodles pick your favorite
  • 2 cup Water
  • 500 g Broccoli fresh or frozen
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 tbsp Kecap Manis
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 1/2 tbsp Garlic flakes powder or fresh garlic works as well
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce optional
  • 100 g Cashew nuts optional

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the recipe for sticky tempeh. Make little blocks instead of slices.
  • Fry the tempeh in the olive oil until golden brown, this takes approximately 5 minutes.  Then add in the Broccoli and sauté for another 5 minutes.
  • After the broccoli and tempeh have sautéed, add the noodles to the same pot and add in the spices, sauces and water. Let it cook for about 5 minutes with the lid on. Afterwards, continue cooking but remove the lid and stir the noodles to prevent them from sticking to the bottom for about 3 minutes.
  • The noodles are done. Add them to a bowl and add the optional sriracha sauce and cashews. Enjoy!
