These Easy Vegan Crispy 'Chicken' wraps are a great and delicious lunch while traveling. In just 10 minutes, you have your lunch ready!

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Crispy vegan 'chicken'
  • 2 wraps
  • 2 big leaves of lettuce
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Begin with baking the vegan 'chicken' pieces in a pan with oil until golden brown. This takes approximately 3 minutes each side.
  • In the meantime, slice the cucumber and cut the tomatoes in half. When the crispy pieces are ready, cut them each in 4 pieces.
  • Grab one wrap and add one large leave lettuce, 4 halves of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 off the sliced cucumbers and four strips of the 'chicken'. Finish it up by adding the sweet chili sauce and wrap it up.
