Fluffy Pancakes, Best way to Begin a Lovely day

Easy Vegan Fluffy Pancakes for a tasty breakfast. Spoil yourself with this treat, or surprise your partner with breakfast full of love.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Self-raising flour
  • 1 cup Soy milk
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 16 g Vanilla sugar

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix it all together, until there are no clumps. The easiest is to use a blender, but a fork will work as well.
  • Heat up oil in a pan and wait until it is hot. Add in a big spoon of the pancake mixture, I create three pancakes at the time in a 24-inch pan. Bake until the pancakes becomes dry on the top. Flip them around and bake until the other side is golden brown as well. It takes around 2.5 minutes each side. This batter makes approximately 12 mini pancakes.
