Fresh pasta sauce recipe, easy and quick to make

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 200 g Onions
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 20 g Capers
  • 500 g Tomatoes
  • 400 g Fresh Pasta
  • 5 g Fresh Basil

  • Begin by finely chopping the onions and garlic. In a pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the onions and garlic and sauté until they turn translucent and aromatic. This step forms the flavorful base of your sauce.
  • In the meantime, chop the tomatoes in big chunks. Once the aromatics are ready, add the ripe, diced tomatoes to the pan. Allow them to simmer and break down, releasing their rich juices into the sauce. This process may take around 20–30 minutes. As the tomatoes soften, add capers.
  • As the sauce simmers, chop the basil leaves finely and add them to the pan. The aroma of basil infusing with the sauce is truly irresistible.
  • Season your sauce with salt and pepper to taste. Allow it to simmer gently for a couple of minutes.
  • Your homemade fresh pasta sauce is now ready. Cook the fresh pasta according to the package. Once cooked, stir the fresh pasta through the fresh pasta sauce. Serve it with Vegan Parmesan cheese, or any other vegan cheese. Enjoy!
