Homemade Iced Matcha Latte, Delighted Uplifting Boost
Homemade iced matcha latte is a perfect cold summer drink to give you an energy boost and delicious treat.

- 1/2 tsp Matcha powder
- 50 ml Hot water 70°C
- 50 ml Cold water
- 3 Ice-cubes
- 100 ml plant-based milk foamable
Start by putting 3 ice cubes in an approximately 250ml glass.
Foam your favorite cold plant-based milk with a milk frother and add the cold foam to the ice cubes.
Add 1/2 tsp of matcha powder to a cup with the hot water. Make sure the water is hot but not boiling. Too cold leads to clumps and too hot makes the matcha bitter. Mix the matcha with a milk frother or use an original matcha bamboo whisk. Add in the cold water afterward and pour the matcha over the plant-based milk and ice cubes.
