Homemade Iced Matcha Latte, Delighted Uplifting Boost

Homemade iced matcha latte is a perfect cold summer drink to give you an energy boost and delicious treat.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp Matcha powder
  • 50 ml Hot water 70°C
  • 50 ml Cold water
  • 3 Ice-cubes
  • 100 ml plant-based milk foamable

Instructions
 

  • Start by putting 3 ice cubes in an approximately 250ml glass.
  • Foam your favorite cold plant-based milk with a milk frother and add the cold foam to the ice cubes.
  • Add 1/2 tsp of matcha powder to a cup with the hot water. Make sure the water is hot but not boiling. Too cold leads to clumps and too hot makes the matcha bitter. Mix the matcha with a milk frother or use an original matcha bamboo whisk. Add in the cold water afterward and pour the matcha over the plant-based milk and ice cubes.  Enjoy your iced matcha latte is done.
