- 1 cup Cashew nuts
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Put the raw cashew nuts, nutritional yeast, garlic powder and salt in a blender or small food processor. Grind it for a couple of seconds, approximately 10 seconds. Don't over blend it, then it becomes oily and sticky.
The vegan Parmesan is done. Store it in an airtight container for up to a week in room temperature, or a couple of weeks in the fridge. Sprinkle it over your favorite food.
