Peanut Noodles with Broccoli, How to Make Creamy Noodles

- 150 g Uncooked Noodles use your favorite kind
- 500 g Broccoli fresh or frozen
- 100 g Salted Peanuts optional serving tip
- 3 tbsp Peanut Butter 100% smooth or cruncy nutbutter
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 8 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Garlic Flakes powder or fresh works as well
- 1/4 tsp Chili Flakes optional
Start by cutting the broccoli into big chunks and cook them untill tender.
In the meantime, create the peanut sauce for the noodles. Add the peanut butter, soy sauce, water, garlic and chili to a small bowl and whisk with a spoon until a creamy consistency. This could take some time, but it will eventually become a smooth consistency.
Drain the broccoli and put them aside for now. Cook the noodles according to the package in the same pan. After that, add the broccoli and the sauce together in the same pan as the noodles. Stir it until fully combined.
Serve the noodles immediately and top it up with some salted peanuts. Enjoy!
