Simple Tofu Salad, For Traveling and on the Ultimate Hike
This tofu salad is perfect for a long adventure day. Bring a sandwich on your hike, or have a quick meal during a busy day.

- 200 g Tofu
- 1/4 cup Mayonaisse
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder optional
Press the liquid out of the tofu block. You can use your hands or a tofu press. Mash the tofu with a fork until there are only small pieces left.
Add in the mayonnaise and mustard. Toss in all the other spices and mix it well.
