Simple Tofu Salad, For Traveling and on the Ultimate Hike

This tofu salad is perfect for a long adventure day. Bring a sandwich on your hike, or have a quick meal during a busy day.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Tofu
  • 1/4 cup Mayonaisse
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika Powder optional

Instructions
 

  • Press the liquid out of the tofu block. You can use your hands or a tofu press. Mash the tofu with a fork until there are only small pieces left.
  • Add in the mayonnaise and mustard. Toss in all the other spices and mix it well.
