- 1 can Chickpeas 230gr drained weight
- 2 tbsp Sambal Oelek
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Cumin
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Paprika Powder
Drain and rinse the chickpeas.
Add all ingredients together in a food processor. I use a small one which works perfect. If you don't have one, you can use a fork and smash the chickpeas by hand. This will take some extra time, and the hummus will be less smooth. I mix it for 1 min in my food processor, and then it is perfect. Store the hummus in the fridge in an airtight container.
