- 250 g Tempeh
- 3 tbsp kecap manis
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
How to Make:
Begin with making the sauce for the tempeh. Add the kecap manis, soy sauce and garlic powder in a bowl or plate with border. Stir it all together for a sauce and set aside.
Slice the tempeh in small pieces and add them to the sauce you just created. Mix it well until all pieces of tempeh are fully coated with the sauce.
Let the tempeh rest in the sauce for at least 30 minutes. After that, bake them in a pan with olive oil until golden brown. This takes approximately 3 minutes per side.
