- 1 Quantity of the Marinated Tofu
- 1 cup Dry Rice
- 500 g Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 2 tbsp Tex-Mex Seasoning Taco Seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Extra Ingredients
- 1/2 Cucumber
- 1 Spring Onion
- 10 Cherry Tomatoes
Before you start, prepare the marinated Tofu following this recipe, but cut the tofu into small blocks instead of slices. Continue with the next step while this is marinating. Cook the rice according to the package information.
Slice the Bell Pepper and Onions into big chunks and add them to a pan.
Add the olive oil and Tex-Mex spice to the onion and bell pepper.
Sauté the onions and bell peppers until the onions glaze and the peppers are softened.
In the meantime or afterwards, if you only have one cooking spot, fry the tofu golden brown.
Dice and Slice the extra ingredients you want to add to the bowl.
Everything is ready and it is time to create your bowl. Start with adding rice, the onion/bell pepper mix, marinated tofu and last but not least the extra ingredients. Enjoy your meal.
