  • 1 Quantity of the Marinated Tofu
  • 1 cup Dry Rice
  • 500 g Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 2 tbsp Tex-Mex Seasoning Taco Seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Extra Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 10 Cherry Tomatoes

Instructions
 

  • Before you start, prepare the marinated Tofu following this recipe, but cut the tofu into small blocks instead of slices. Continue with the next step while this is marinating.
  • Cook the rice according to the package information.
  • Slice the Bell Pepper and Onions into big chunks and add them to a pan.
  • Add the olive oil and Tex-Mex spice to the onion and bell pepper.
  • Sauté the onions and bell peppers until the onions glaze and the peppers are softened.
  • In the meantime or afterwards, if you only have one cooking spot, fry the tofu golden brown.
  • Dice and Slice the extra ingredients you want to add to the bowl.
  • Everything is ready and it is time to create your bowl. Start with adding rice, the onion/bell pepper mix, marinated tofu and last but not least the extra ingredients. Enjoy your meal.
