Toasted Muesli, Easy to make with only a Pan

This easy vegan pan toasted muesli is a perfect start of your day while traveling. It is a versatile recipe that you can change with the ingredients YOU desire.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Whole Oats
  • 1 cup Fine Oats
  • 1 cup Almonds
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Coconut Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Chiaseeds
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp Hempseeds
  • 6 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Gingerbread spices

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients to a bowl and mix them well.
  • Bake the ingredients in a pan until golden brown, make sure to mix it while toasting. This will take approximately 5-10min.
  • Place the Toasted Muesli together on a sheet of baking paper, try to firmly put it together so it will stick together better. Let it cool down completely without mixing it, this will take 30-60 minutes. After cooling down, it is ready to store and eat.
  • Serve the Muesli as you like. It is an absolute winner combo with vegan yogurt or put it as topping on your smoothie bowl. You can keep this Easy Pan Toasted Muesli approximately 2 weeks in an airtight container.
