Make sure to first prepare one batch of the Easy Seitan Recipe and at least half a batch of Vegan Parmesan Recipe. You can decide to create thinner burgers by slicing each of the 6 burgers that you created with the seitan recipe in half.
Put the milk in a dish and the breadcrumbs with Parmesan cheese in a separate dish. Put each burger first in the milk and flip it around. Then transfer it to the breadcrumb mixture and flip it to completely cover it.
In a frying pan, add the olive oil and let it heat up. If the pan is hot, put in the vegan chicken. Let it fry on medium heat for approximately 4 minutes each side, until golden brown.
