First create the Easy Vegan Seitan recipe to use for the 'chicken' nuggets. Make sure you tear the Seitan in small pieces before you boil them. Let them cool down before using them further.
Drain and press out left-over water from the seitan pieces. In one bowl add the milk and in another the breadcrumbs. Dip each piece in the milk and transfer it to the breadcrumbs. Roll it around and make sure it is fully covered.
Heat up the oil in a frying pan. Add the coated seitan nuggets to the pan and fry untill golden brown. This takes 5 minutes each side. Don't turn them to fast, then the breadcrumbs will stick to the pan and fall from the nuggets.
The nuggets are ready to eat. Serve them with your favorite sauce. Enjoy!
