Fast Easy ‘Chicken’ Lunch Wraps within 10 minutes
Sometimes all you need is a QUICK, fulfilling lunch while traveling. This is a perfect lunch idea for anyone ON THE ROAD or just at home. Sandwiches are always a quick option, but sometimes you want to switch it up. Wraps are a great way to replace your sandwiches. You can prepare this Easy Crispy ‘Chicken’ Wraps lunch in advance or create it in just 10 minutes. These wraps are not only very delicious, but also contain some vegetables to make a slightly HEALTHIER. Also, do not limit yourself on the ‘serving’ size, just eat as many wraps as you desire.

Other Variants of an Easy Wrap
A quick wrap for lunch is a perfect idea, and you can switch up the filling as well. There are multiple options to create a wrap for lunch. The following options are great to SUBSTITUTE for the crispy ‘chicken’ pieces:
- Sticky tempeh slices; One way to replace the crispy ‘chicken’ pieces is by using the recipe for Sticky Tempeh to create a delicious substitute. The Tempeh has a similar firm structure as the vegan ‘chicken’ pieces. The combination of the vegetables, tempeh, and chili sauce is mouth watering. So make sure to try this variant as well.
- Marinated Tofu ; Another way to replace the ‘chicken’ pieces is by using my marinated tofu recipe. Add in the tofu with the same ingredients as this recipe, and it will give you a delicious lunch.
- Falafel balls; The last suggestion for a substitute are falafel balls. I LOVE this option as well, because it is tasty and full of healthy nutrients. Use pre-made falafel to create a fast, fulfilling meal, or take more time to make your own falafel.

Easy Crispy ‘Chicken’ Wraps, This will Elevate Your Day
Ingredients
- 200 g Crispy vegan ‘chicken’
- 2 wraps
- 2 big leaves of lettuce
- 1/4 cucumber
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
Instructions
- Begin with baking the vegan ‘chicken’ pieces in a pan with oil until golden brown. This takes approximately 3 minutes each side.
- In the meantime, slice the cucumber and cut the tomatoes in half. When the crispy pieces are ready, cut them each in 4 pieces.
- Grab one wrap and add one large leave lettuce, 4 halves of cherry tomatoes, 1/2 off the sliced cucumbers and four strips of the ‘chicken’. Finish it up by adding the sweet chili sauce and wrap it up.
