Versatile Uses For Simple Marinated Tofu
Once you made these Simple Marinated Tofu, it can be used for different PURPOSES. Some of my favorite ways to use this tofu recipe are:
- Tofu Sandwiches; Enjoy a tasty sandwich with some vegan mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, marinated tofu, sliced cucumber, tomato, and lettuce. This will keep you full for the rest of the day. It is also easy to make it in advance and bring it on your hike.
- Tofu Wraps; Another option is to create lunch wraps with the marinated tofu. Use my crispy ‘chicken’ wrap recipe and substitute the chicken with the tofu. It is an easy way to batch create the tofu and change from sandwiches one day to a wrap the other day.
- Noodles Stir-Fry; The last option to use this tofu is a stir-fry for dinner. Cut the marinated tofu in smaller blocks and add them to your stir-fry for dinner.

Marinated Tofu, Simple Perfect Add on for Every meal
Ingredients
- 200 g Tofu
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Kecap manis
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except the tofu in a bowl and mix it all together.
- Cut the tofu into thin slices.
- Mix the sliced tofu with the sauce and make sure all slices are fully covered with the sauce. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes
- After marinating, it is time to fry the slices in a pan with olive oil. Each side takes approximately 3 minutes to get golden brown. After both sides are browned, it is time to serve the tofu as desired. For some tips, read the full post.
